Marks & Spencer originally founded in UK in 1884 is a world-famous retailing chain, offering stylish, high quality clothing & accessories, and home products. Marks & Spencer has over 600 stores located throughout the UK and over 285 stores abroad in 40 different territories.
Retail International Holding under Fiba Group acquired the franchising rights of Marks & Spencer in Russia in 2005 and opened 14 retail stores in Russia. Retail International Holding is fully owned by Marka Mağazacılık (Marks & Spencer Turkey). Fiba Group is a respected and well-known player both in national and international markets operating in various business sectors.
Tri Morya was awarded contract to execute the fitting out works of the 8 Marks & Spencer retail stores in Russia. The scope of the work includes the completion of the fit out works of the retail store’s on a very tight schedule. All the fit-out works including mechanical and electrical installations have been carried out in accordance with the design and architectural concept of Marks & Spencer.
GAP
Gap Inc. is a leading international specialty retailer with more than 3.100 stores offering clothing, accessories and personal care products for men, women, children and babies under the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Piperlime and Athleta brand names. Gap brand includes Gap, GapKids, babyGap and gapbody.
Fiba Retail Group acquired the franchising rights of Gap Inc. in Russia in May 2008 and has become the sole party in May 2008, holding the opening and management of Gap stores in Russia. By February 2009 Gap Russia operates with 3 stores in 2 different locations.
