Renaissance Plaza-St. Petersburg

Renaissance Plaza is a A Class Business Center at the center of St. Petersburg built on a 2.000 m² housing space composed of 3 blocks. These 3 blocks are specifically designed as a hotel, retail center. and  business center / office premises with 29.000 m² office space and an underground parking.

Tri Morya was awarded contract for execution of two blocks, Block A and Block B, of “Renaissance Plaza” Project including reinforced concrete works with piled foundation. In this project, 813 tons reinforcing bars have been installed and 7.503 m³ concrete works have been executed.
