F.O.R.T Fruit & Vegetable Terminal – Rostov on Don

The Turkish-Russian joint venture company OOO “Aksay & Istanbul” operating in Rostov-Aksay Region is aiming to build the most contemporary fruit and vegetables terminal offering the most advanced and functional infrastructure in Rostov - Russia.
The FORT Project which is going to be one of the biggest investment in the Rostov region is  being constructed on 91.388 m2 gross area and consists of 184 sales units where 104 of the units offer cold storage facilities. The Project also includes underground and overground systems, product sorting unit, weighing platforms, car park, headquarters building, medical room, shops, bank, restaurant, residential areas, market and offices.
As contractor Tri Morya has undertaken the responsibility of turn-key construction of these buildings including design and drawing works, the concrete works, steel structure, façade cladding, architectural finishing works as well as electrical and mechanical installation.
